Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, requires prior written authorisation.

Downloadable technical documents are provided for information purposes. Only the versions supplied by EMERWALL in the context of a project are authoritative.

Personal data

The website forms (contact, quote request, EMERSPACE quote, installer training and listing) collect the information you enter: surname, first name, company, contact details, message and, where applicable, attached files.

• Data controller: EMERWALL, represented by its president.
• Purposes: responding to your request, drawing up a quote, organising training or the listing of an installer, and managing the business relationship.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Recipients: the EMERWALL team only. No data is sold, rented or transferred. For listed installers, their business contact details are published on the website with their consent.
• Retention period: three years from the last contact.
• Hosting: the data is hosted in France by OVH.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
