01 · Arrival
The bagasse arrives
It is the fibre left once the cane juice has been extracted. We collect it from partner distilleries in Martinique.
02 · Storage
It is stored
Loaded, heaped up, then dried before entering the workshop.
03 · Fibres
Defibrated
The bagasse becomes a plant-based wool, soft and light.

04 · Curing
Cured at 180 °C
Mixed with a binder and placed in moulds, the fibres go into the oven.
05 · Panel
The panel
EMERFLEX comes out 45 to 100 mm thick, at 60 kg/m³. Thicker, made to measure.
06 · Covering
Covered in fabric
For EMERSPACE, the panel receives its stretched fabric cover, in nine fabric colours.
